AiMANAC Software License Agreement

1. Ownership

The AiMANAC software, including all source code, compiled binaries, protocols, tools, documentation, and associated materials ("Software") is the exclusive property of Everplay-Tech LLC ("Licensor").

2. App License

Purchase of the AiMANAC application through an authorized store (Apple App Store, Google Play) grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the application on their personal devices as intended.

3. Backend Service

The AiMANAC backend is distributed as a compiled container image. Customers who have purchased the application may run the provided container image on their own infrastructure for their personal or organizational use. This license does not grant access to, ownership of, or rights to the underlying source code.

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or transfer the Software or any portion thereof to any third party.
Use the Software or any component to create, offer, or operate a competing product or service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any compiled component of the Software.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software for any purpose other than configuring your own authorized deployment.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Access or use this source repository or its contents without explicit written authorization from the Licensor.

5. Compiled Components

The Software includes compiled binary components (native modules, cryptographic protocol implementations, analytics engines) provided in object code form only. These components are proprietary trade secrets. No rights are granted to access, inspect, or derive works from compiled components beyond their intended runtime use.

6. Data Ownership

All data processed, stored, or generated by the Software on the customer's infrastructure remains the sole property of the customer. The Licensor has no access to, claim on, or interest in customer data. The Software does not transmit data to the Licensor or any third party.

7. Consultation and Enterprise

Enterprise deployment assistance, fleet configuration, and custom integration services are available through direct consultation with the Licensor. Contact info@llmtech.net for inquiries.

8. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

9. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.

11. Third-Party Software Notices
